Many sellers submit packing videos but still lose platform appeals. The reason is usually not the absence of video, but the lack of a clear evidence chain.
Reviewers rarely watch a long raw video from beginning to end. In many cases, they rely on key screenshots, while the original video acts as the source that proves those screenshots are genuine.
A stronger appeal package should include three parts: an objective explanation, precise screenshots and the original packing monitoring video. The screenshots should show the order label, products, accessories, packing action and sealed parcel.
The video should include timestamp and order information whenever possible. This allows the reviewer to match the footage with the order instead of treating it as an unrelated warehouse recording.
The written appeal should stay factual. Avoid emotional accusations and explain only what the evidence shows: order number, shipping date, product status, packing process and the specific dispute point.
When the packing station captures evidence in a standardized way, each parcel leaves the warehouse with a stronger record that can support after-sales handling.
